Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has an excellent location perfect for exploring the Algarve if you have a car, with beautiful views of the sea and great amenities like golf, beach access, and pools. The rooms are spacious, but noise from the unloading zone can be disruptive in the morning. I found the service to be hit or miss, with some staff being extremely friendly while others were rude and unhelpful. Dining was chaotic at times and felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant.
The hotel has a lot to offer with spacious and comfortable rooms, and I really appreciated having two private balconies with a nice view, but my experience was less than ideal due to the limited access to facilities, which felt like a missed opportunity for my short stay. The service could use some improvement, especially at the lobby bar where it was quite poor. Overall, the location is excellent for exploring the Algarve, but I felt it didn't quite give me the best value for my money.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a great location for exploring local restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly but seemed untrained in some areas, which hindered the overall service experience. While the dining options were good, there were inefficiencies that could use some improvement. All in all, it felt like a decent value for the price, but there’s definitely room for enhancement.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially because of its fabulous location and the friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious with a fantastic selection. However, I was a bit surprised that my premium room didn't have a front sea view, which I expected considering the price. The facilities were nice, but the service could use a little more attention at times.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with spacious and clean rooms that offered stunning views. The service was generally friendly and professional, although I did encounter a minor issue with towel availability at the beach. The location is superb, with easy access to a beautiful beach, but the dining experience didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of value. Overall, the facilities were decent, but some limitations in access left me wanting more for the price I paid.
I had a spacious and comfortable room with access to two private balconies, which was nice. Unfortunately, I found the use of the facilities quite limited during my short stay, which made it feel like I didn't get value for my money. The hotel is also situated near an unloading zone, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings. Overall, the friendly service made up for some of these downsides, but it wasn't perfect.
The hotel is located in a prime area of the Algarve, perfect for exploring if you have a car. The rooms are spacious and offer magical views, making for a lovely stay. On the downside, the service was sometimes lacking, especially regarding dining reservations, and not all facilities were up to the mark. Overall, it offers good value for money, but there are areas that could use improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious rooms with a lovely garden view that included a bit of the ocean in the distance. The staff was incredibly friendly, which made me feel welcome. However, the service could use some improvement, especially down at the beach where I encountered some issues with the towel service. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a relaxing vacation, especially with the fantastic beach access nearby.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a great getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved having access to two private balconies with a lovely view peeking through the trees. The service was attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the limited access to certain facilities during my short stay was a bit frustrating, and I didn't feel we got our money's worth in that regard. Overall, a pleasant experience, but there's room for improvement.
The hotel is situated in a stunning location with great access to the beach, which is a huge plus. The rooms offered a nice sea view, making them comfortable despite being a little tricky with kids since they were on two floors. The service was generally friendly, though I felt they were a bit overworked. On the downside, the dining was disappointing both in terms of variety and value. Overall, it’s a decent stay but could use some improvements.
